"I am An academic professional with over 23 years of teaching experience, currently serving as an Associate Professor in the MCA Department at Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering (PCCOE) in Pune.

I served as the Head of the MCA Department from July 2007 to May 2024; I played a pivotal role in setting strategic goals, enhancing the curriculum, and fostering a collaborative environment. I led initiatives to improve academic standards and infrastructure, participating in accreditation processes to ensure high educational standards.

My expertise is sought for Invited talks, guest lectures, and academic reviewer. I am also appointed by Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU), & North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon, Maharashtra with other institutions for various academic activities, including BOS memberships, syllabus setting expert and academic auditor, Permanent affiliation committee member , Course closer committee member, faculty selection committee member.

My commitment to academic excellence and continuous learning is evident through my extensive involvement in teaching and research. I strive to enhance the academic environment and foster innovation and entrepreneurship among students."
